Exhibition Procedure
1.Fill in the “application form (available at the Download Center )” and return it to the purveyor. Please remember that the deadline is December 30, 2007.
2.Receiving “the Exhibition Application Contract”, passing through the audit, choosing the booth, then the purveyor will sign contracts with the exhibitors.
3.Exhibitors pay under contract method of payment demanded in order to implement the booths.
4.After signing the contract, the organizers will send “Exhibitors Handbook” to exhibitors. The handbook includes exhibits transport, booth design, travel and accommodation, arrangements for items such as rent and advertising information. Exhibitors are required to fill the form as being required.
5.Upon receipt of full payment, the booth will be immediately implemented. Booth distribution takes “first pay, then give priority to the implementation of confirmation” as a principle till booths are out.
